Napa Cooperage
The Fifth Resource Group, LLC., as agents for Seguin Moreau U.S.A. developed, designed, obtained all permits (use, building, & operating), and managed construction of this new Cooperage which produces up to 100 barrels per day.
As Project Manager, Jim Ford and Architect Ed Sohl were involved from the beginning: When the business plan was developed; they coordinated Site Selection and established Project Budget.
Their Industrial Engineering and Architectural Design skills facilitated an effective barrel fabrication process and with their comprehensive Project Management process they were able to provide Seguin Moreau an "Environment for Success."
