New Napa Cooperage

The Fifth Resource Group, LLC., as agents for Demptos Cooperage developed, designed, obtained all permits (use, building, & operating), and is managing the construction of this new 27,500 sq ft Cooperage.

The Soscol Ferry site required a creative team to provide the utility infrastructure at minimal cost: Napa City water extension, septic, natural gas, electric and telephone. From Use Permit, to Bay Area Air Quality Management District, to Avigation Easement, permits have been secured.

... again, the team's Industrial Engineering, Project Management and Architectural Design skills have facilitated a new cooperage for less cost, in less project time and will allow barrels to be manufactured meeting all 21st Century Codes and Standards for less cost.
