Advanced Fibre Communications (AFC) business plan has been and continues to be to double revenues each year in the telecommunications equipment industry.
AFC's master site plan is updated annually by The Fifth Resource, LLC.. Due to AFC's rapid growth, the performance to the plan is monitored quarterly by updating the department headcount and business forecast
AFC was founded and its headquarters remain in Petaluma. In 1996-7 The Fidth Resource Group designed the tenant improvements for AFC's New Corporate Building at One Willow Brook Court. This included: Programming, furniture selection, contractor bid review and change order management.
Programming, Master Planning, Tenant Improvement Design, Office Standards, Furniture Selection, Building Code Compliance, and Reallocations.
